FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: impact with nanosecond Nd-YAG laser radiation with wavelength of 532 nanometers, at diameter of maculae 400 micron, power 0.7-1.2 mJ on pigment cells and pseudo-exfoliations of a trabecular reticulum of an eye in an angle of the auqeous chamber at level of the Schlemm's canal. Apply laser impulses in the bottom segment of a trabecular reticulum on an arc of a circle 80-100° at first in one, and then in the opposite direction, influencing thereby on the remained pigment cells and pseudo-exfoliations. Total quantity of impulses in both sides makes 80-100.
EFFECT: obtaining of proof hypotensive effect in the remote postoperative period, depression of frequency of postoperative complications, reduction of traumatic complications during the operation.
