FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of stabilising lipids to oxidation is accomplished by administering an anti-oxidant. As an anti-oxidant is used a sulphur containing sterically hindered phenol-bis-3-(4'-hydroxy-3',5'-ditertbutylphenyl)propyl sulfide at the temperature 20-25°C in the quantity 0.01-0.04 wt % of the lipids.
EFFECT: increase in the effectiveness of stabilising lipids and reducing toxicity.
