FIELD: measurement technique.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to inspection technology and is meant for use in mechanical engineering for identifying metallic and non-metallic objects, as well as a position sensor. Device has inductive detector element 1, made in form of two inductor coils 2 and 3 serially connected to each other and matched. Each of the coils is placed in a circular groove of an open carrier case of ferrite cores 4 and 5 respectively. Device also has a high frequency generator of electric oscillations 6, in which the outputs of inductive detector element 1 are connected to its oscillating loop circuits, threshold element 7, main output terminal 8, multivibrator 10 with a capacitive detector element in form of current conducting plate 9, AND detector, driver circuit 12, 2 NO gate 13 and second output terminal 14.
EFFECT: simplification of the structure of the device and widening of its functional capabilities.
