FIELD: motor transport traffic.
SUBSTANCE: each vehicle is ascribed identification number and information on it is preserved at vehicle. During management of traffic light signals possibility of continuous waiting is secured for radio signal from vehicle located at signalised intersection by radio-receiver connected to of traffic light controls. Via road accident detector installed on vehicle the fact of occurrence of road accident is determined. vehicle forms information message containing vehicle identification number. Formed information message is transmitted from vehicle over radio channel, it is received and parameters of traffic light condition at the moment of receipt of radio signal from vehicle are registered. Then the received signal is processed with addition of parameters of traffic light condition at the moment of receipt of radio signal from vehicle, registered and stored for further used of information message.
EFFECT: increase of quality of investigation.
