FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: melting furnace (1) and recovery reactor (2) are joined by lined casing and separated by wall (3) of laying, in top part of which for exhausting of gaseous outputs from furnace (1) into crest (5) recovery reactor (2), it is implemented tangential channel (4), in which there are installed nozzles (33, 34, 35) for supplying of steam, air and methane. In the bottom part of reactor (2) it is located gas flue (20), connected by means of gas-pipe (22) with mixing chamber (23), which is through the gas flue (24) is connected to heater (6) of initial material, implemented in the form of hermetic casing with internal lining and located in it vertical chamber (15). In cover (9) of furnace (1) there are located plasmatrons (7,8) of indirect action, and in the bottom part of furnace (1) plasmatrons (11,12) are installed on opposite walls symmetrically on-the-mitre to bottom, and in side walls in plane of plasmatron plane (11,12), there are located nozzles (13,14) for feeding of oxygen or oxygen-containing gas.
EFFECT: productivity improvement while reduction of height and volume of furnace, its prompt introduction into mode and high cost-effectiveness, and environmental safety.
