FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: carried out are: mixing of kaolin and silicon dioxide with molar ratio SiO2:Al2O3=(3-4):1, with additions 30-80% wt of powdery faujasite with crystal size 0.5-2.0 mcm and carboxymethylcellulose, chemical processing and moistening until homogeneous mixture is obtained, granule formation, thermal activation and hydrothermal crystallisation in alkaline aluminate mixture with concentration Al2O3=5-50 g/l, Na2O=70-140 g/l with granule weight ratio: mixture volume, equal 1:(3-4).
EFFECT: high phase purity, dynamical adsorptive capacity and mechanical strength, efficiency in drying processes and natural gas sulphur-refinement.
