SUBSTANCE: device for loading carbon material consists of crumbling unit or unit for crumbling carbon material into powder, of multitude of tuyeres for introduction of carbon material into reservoir and of unit for introduction of carbon material for supply of tuyeres with crumbled or dust-like carbon material under pressure and for introduction of carbon material into reservoir via tuyeres. The unit for introduction of carbon material consists of separate lines of supply for each tuyere and of a hopper for storage of crumbled or dust-like solid carbon material. The hopper is designed to divide carbon material into multitude of uniform flows for their supply into loading lines.

EFFECT: supply of carbon material into each tuyere regardless of supply of carbon material to another tuyere or tuyeres, which prevents termination of process caused by failure of one or several tuyeres, or by failure of unit for introduction of carbon material into this tuyere or tuyeres because of stop of carbon material supply.
