SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area. The way is intended for diagnostics of a condition of fabrics at stages decellularisation and cellularisation of tissue structures in biotechnology. For condition definition of the valve containing graffs of aorta of the person at stages of decellularisation and cellularisation of tissue biomaterials and structures are define spectrum of secondary fluorescence of fabrics under the influence of an ultra-violet pulse laser irradiation. Decellularisation is performed in 5 stages within 2.5, 5, 8, 26, 40 hours. At peak disappearance in a spectral strip from 420nm to 570nm the decellularisation is considered to be finished.

EFFECT: possibility to spend identification of biological tissues and to define condition and presence in it of changes.
