FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing wheat flour, drinking water and table salt producing dough, its handling, rolling and cutting producing noodles, cutting and sauteeing onions in melted butter, cutting and freezing dill, cutting quail meat, smoked chicken meat and fat of sheep's tail, mixing without oxygen access quail meat, chicken meat, fat of sheep's tail, onions, dill, table salt, hot black pepper and CO2 extract of the pyrolised wood, packing noodles, obtained mix and bone broth, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new cans with increased digestibility.
