FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: onions and champignons are cut and blanched, asparagus and spinach are cut and frozen. Smoked salmon fillet is cut, fresh green peas are frozen. The listed components are mixed without oxygen access with lemon juice, acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate and black pepper. The obtained mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food has improved digestibility compared to similar dish.
