FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting, blanching and mincing onions, cutting and chopping mutton and mutton fat. Coriander is frozen and minced, rice is boiled up to double increase in weight and the said ingredients are mixed with salt, cinnamon, black pepper without oxygen access to obtain a smooth mass. Grape leaves are frozen and defrosted, and minced meat is placed on them to obtain stuffed grape leaves. The stuffed grape leaves and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: expanded range of techniques and dishes to obtain new canned food of increased digestibility as compared to known dish.
