FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to oil-and-fat industry. The method involves reaction of raw vegetable oil with an enzyme, with splitting of fatty components of raw oil for obtaining hydrated parts, addition of at least one after reaction component, preventing growth, chosen from organic or mineral acid, lowering the pH of the aqueous phase of the reacted vegetable oil to pH of not more than 4.5 for obtaining their mixture, putting into the next processing equipment and passing the indicated mixture of reacted vegetable oil and the component, preventing growth, through the process equipment. Vegetable oil with removed slime, in which phosphorous content does not exceed 5 mln-1 is obtained.
EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of industrial equipment, reduced idle time and increased oil output.
