SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molten material analysis. In compliance with this invention, a sensitive element furnished with, at least, one emission spectrometer and, at least, one excitation device are used to excite the material and to partially or completely generate radiation. The said sensitive element is brought into contact with molten material to receive the data including the elements of analysis provided by the said spectrometer.
