SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to new compounds with formula (I): where R¹ and R² each independently represents a hydrogen atom, C1-8 alkyl or a halogen atom; R³ represents C1-8 alkyl, which can be substituted with 1-3 halogen atom(s) or phenyl; R⁴ represents a hydrogen atom or C1-8 alkyl; R⁵ and R⁶ each independently represents a hydrogen atom; X represents a sulphur atom or oxygen atom; ring A is 4-(trifluoromethyl)piperidin-1-yl, 2,2-difluoro-1,3- benzodioxol-5-yl or 3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinolin-2-yl. The invention also relates to salts or solvates of this derivative, as well as medicinal preparation, pharmaceutical composition, method of preventing and/or treating diseases, caused by PPAR, and use of this derivative.
