FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics, particularly, to vacuum UHF devices, and can be used, for example, in radar ranging, radio countermeasures and other engineering fields. Output coaxial resonator of microwave vacuum-tube device is made quarter-wave, its external and internal conductors are connected to each other by means of inner protrusion in external conductor of output coaxial resonator and outer closed circular ledge, made on output coaxial resonator internal conductor side wall, electron collector is arranged so, that its first part located on the side of high-frequency gap is located in output coaxial resonator cavity, and second part is located behind coaxial resonator, wherein in collector second part nozzles for cooling liquid inlet and outlet are located, UHF energy output coaxial line is located perpendicular to output coaxial resonator axis near its external conductor inner protrusion, wherein UHF energy output coaxial line outer conductor is connected to output coaxial resonator external conductor, and UHF energy output coaxial line inner conductor is connected with output coaxial resonator inner conductor through hole in output coaxial resonator external conductor.
EFFECT: producing of simple operation UHF vacuum-tube device for generation of super-short electric voltage pulses with ultrahigh frequency of repetition with effective heat removal system, having higher average output power.
