FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: potatoes are sliced and blanched. Beetroot and carrots are blanched and cut. Green onions are chopped and frozen. Skin-off salted herring filler and pickled cucumbers are cut. Fresh green peas are frozen. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with sauerkraut, table salt and calcium sorbate. The obtained mix and vegetable oil are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
