FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Potatoes and onions are cut and blanched. Beetroot and carrots are blanched and cut. Skin-off salted herring filler and pickled cucumbers are cut. Fresh green peas are frozen. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with sauerkraut, table salt and calcium sorbate. The obtained mix and vegetable oil are packed. Then they are sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
