Water-fat emulsion, containing red palm oil "Carotino", drinking water, emulsifier, stabiliser. Thus soya lecithin and fatty acids monoglyceride are used as emulgator, xanthan gum - as stabiliser.

EFFECT: invention allows receiving food system - water-fat emulsion, containing red palm oil which can be used as vitamin-containing additive to meat products for children feeding.
