FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preserved food industry. Preserved food is made by boiling, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and browning in the melted fat part of raw onions, cutting and drying Kaunas bread, cutting salted pork fat and mixing of listed components with table salt and black bitter pepper to obtain mince. Then beef is sliced and beaten, the above mass is put on the beef slices, the slices rolled, floured in a part of wheat flour and fried in tallow to obtain zrazy. Potatoes is cut and blanched, fresh green peas are frozen, rest of the raw onions are browned in melted butter and strained, rest of the wheat flour is browned in melted butter. Potatoes, green peas, strained onions, preserved sweet corn, browned wheat flour, sour cream, milk, sugar, culinary salt and laurel leaf are mixed under oxygen-free conditions to obtain garnish. Zrazy, garnish and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
