FIELD: food products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. The part of chicken eggs formulated are boiled, peeled and chopped, onion is cut and browned in the melted fat. Kaunas bread is cut and toasted. Pork fat is cut. Then the listed ingredients are mixed with salt and black pepper to obtain a stuffing mass. Beef is sliced and beaten, the above mass is put on the beef slices, the slices rolled, floured in a part of wheat flour and fried in tallow to obtain zrazy. Potatoes are sliced and blanched. Beet-roots are blanched and cut. Fresh green peas are frozen. The rest part of onions is cut, browned in melted butter and strained. The remaining part of wheat flour is browned in the melted butter. Potatoes, green peas, the part of strained onion, beet-root, part of browned wheat flour, milk; sugar, salt and laurel leaf are mixed without access of oxygen to get side dish. Zrazy, garnish and bone broth are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
