FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Preserved food is made by boiling, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and browning in the melted fat part of raw onions, drying Kaunas bread, cutting salted pork fat and mixing of listed components with table salt and black bitter pepper to obtain mince. Then beef is sliced and beaten, the above mass is put on the beef slices, the slices rolled, floured in a part of wheat flour and fried in tallow to obtain zrazy. Potatoes are cut and blanched, fresh green peas are frozen, rest of the raw onions are cut, browned in melted butter and strained, rest of the wheat flour is browned in melted butter. Potatoes, green peas, strained onions, browned wheat flour, sour cream, milk, sugar, culinary salt and bay leaves are mixed under oxygen-free conditions to obtain garnish. Zrazy, garnish and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: this invention allows to manufacture new canned food having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
