FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of detecting and localising the differences in density and/or structure, and/or chemical composition of biological tissue subjected to continuous light irradiation in the first preset frequency range to produce fluorescence, autofluorescence or luminescence in the second frequency range. The proposed method differs in that it incorporates reading off the illuminated tissue by colour video shooting, uses image signal transducers with pixel mosaic and additional colour filters. Note here that, for every point of the image thus obtained, the data on power received by every pixel for reproduction of biological tissue image, while the signal corresponding to power received is amplified in the second frequency range to analyse or to reveal the difference on the produced image. Described are the appliances for implementing the above method and its version comprising monochromatic image transducers.
EFFECT: simpler design, no artifacts distorting measurements.
