FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a case in the form of a hollow cylinder with a referring tube and a piston. The face part of the referring tube is executed in the form of the truncated opened curvilinear hollow volume elastic cover, for example, spherical, executed with the possibility of change of the geometrical form concerning the longitudinal axis of a referring tube. The cover, and a figured aperture available at its top are formed, at least, by four separate identical curvilinear trapezoid bent elastic petals, each of which is turned by the smaller basis aside, opposite to the piston, and camber aside, opposite to a longitudinal axis of a referring tube. Petals are located on identical angle distance from each other and separated between each other by identical through curvilinear triangular cuts. The basis of each curvilinear triangular cut is turned aside, opposite to the piston, and the bent petals are executed with the possibility of change of their angle position concerning the case of a referring tube.
EFFECT: prevention sharp pushing of AIL out, provision of slow movement of AIL from the target channel of referring tube, reduction of traumatising of eye tissues at AIL implantation, at simultaneous simplification of design of the device.
