SUBSTANCE: method provides grinding raw materials, extraction releasing the enzyme with dissolved alkali chloride, sediment detachment, two ultrafiltration stages with adding crushed ice to the liquid fraction and concentrate lyophilisation. The first ultrafiltration stage is enabled on the membrane of passing limit 50 kDa, while the second stage is ensured on the membrane of passing limit 15 kDa.
EFFECT: improved yield of polytheolytic enzymes with activity 3-5 times higher as compared to common analogues.
