FIELD: biotechnology, food and pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of the frozen hepatopancreas of Kamchatka crab, Paralithodes camtsahatica as parent raw. Enzyme complex is isolated from this raw by extraction with 0.1-1.0 M alkaline metal chloride for 14-16 h at 19-21 C at ratio raw and alkaline metal chloride = 1:(2.2-2.3) at periodic stirring. Precipitate is separated by the successive filtration through filters (pore sizes are 10, 0.5 and 0.1 mm). Lipid fraction is separated by microfiltration on diaphragms (pore size is 0.45 mcm). Ultrafiltration is carried out on diaphragm filters at passing through limit 10000 Da. The obtained concentrate is dried by lyophilization method. The specific collagenolytic activity of preparation is 500-3000 U/mg, not less. Collagenase in the obtained preparation consists of three isozymes of molecular mass at the range 18-27 kDa. Preparation can be used in fur, leather industry, in medicine and veterinary science. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, high specific enzymatic activity. 2 cl
