FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and concerns laparoscopic techniques for inguinal hernias. The technique involves pneumoperitoneum with suturing between iliopubic path and fornix of transverse abdomen muscle in lateral direction towards spermatic cord elements. Thus suturing includes two parallel lines of stitches one under the other and shifted relative to each other. Herewith basket implant is formed in a projection of abdominal inguinal ring. The stitches are sised the same starting right to left. The first upper stitch is delivered by superior edge of abdominal inguinal ring, fixed and directed horizontally to the right. Further a needle is delivered to the left and down to a point under the first one, while the second lower stitch is directed by inferior edge of abdominal inguinal ring horizontally to the right. Then a needle is delivered to the left and upwards to a point at the same distance, as the first point relative to the second.
EFFECT: prevented recurrent inguinal hernia while preserving function of spermatic cord.
