FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry. System contains cooling framework, located around the perimeter of foundry plane. Framework contains the first multitude of outlet ports for refrigerating fluid, provided for discharge into the first outlet flow refrigerating fluid with the first outlet flow of refrigerating fluid in the direction of the first part of formed cast surface, the second multitude of outlet ports for refrigerating fluid, provided for discharge of refrigerating fluid flow with the second exit velocity of refrigerating fluid in the direction of the second fragmentary section of cast surface. The first consumption of refrigerating fluid is preliminary equal to the second consumption of refrigerating fluid. The first refrigerating fluid is less then the second exit velocity of refrigerating fluid.
EFFECT: it is achieved reduction of butt shrinkage of cast during the casting.
