FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in turbine production for reconditioning the alloyed steel working and guide blades of steam turbines, gas-processing plants, gas turbine compressors. The proposed method comprises detaching the blades from rotor, thermal processing at 200°C to 680°C, thermal holding in vacuum at the above temperature for at least 0.5 h for vacuum degassing of the blade metal and recovery of its dislocation structure, and subsequent cooling the blade down at the rate of 10 to 50°C/min. Prior to thermal holding, the blade material defective layer is removed and, thereafter, an electrolytic-plasma finishing is carried out. After thermal holding of the blade material, either hardening or ionic implantation and post-implantation tempering is performed, or after hardening, aforesaid ionic implantation and post-implantation tempering are carried out. Ions of Cr, Y, Yb, C, B, Zr or the combinations thereof are used for implantation purposes, while ionic implantation is effected with ion energy making 300 to 1000 eV and ion implantation dosage varying from 1010 to 5·1020 ion/cm2.

EFFECT: reduced labor input and improved operating properties of alloyed steel blades thanks to reconditioning effected prior to origination of drastic part failure processes.
