FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of building blocks in industrial and civil construction. Clay-phosphate material containing loam, iron-containing wastes from metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7%, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3, contains red sludge of an aluminium plant, containing wt.%: Fe2O3 – 53.93; Al2O3 – 18.77; SiO2 – 9.69; CaO – 6.27; TiO2 – 5.66; Na2O – 3.40; P2O5 – 0.85; MgO – 0.65; S – 0.48; MnO – 0.26; Sc – 0.04, with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7%, with following ratio of components, wt.%: loam – 40-42, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7% – 4-6, red sludge of aluminium smelter with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7% – 27-29, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3 – the rest.
EFFECT: high strength of the clay-phosphate material while maintaining water resistance.
