FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of building blocks in industrial and civil construction. Clay-phosphate material containing loam, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7%, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3, contains flotation tailings of wet magnetic separation of ferruginous quartzites, containing wt.%: Al2O3 – 32.56; CaO – 14.41; SiO2 – 13.61; TiO2 – 10.29; Fe – 9.60; Fe2O3 – 8.17; FeO – 6.08; MgO – 2.54; Na2O – 1.67; MnO2 – 0.46; S – 0.44; P2O5 – 0.17, with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7%, with following ratio of components, wt.%: loam – 28-30, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7% – 3-5, waste of flotation of tailings of wet magnetic separation of ferruginous quartzites with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7% – 40-42, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3 – the rest.
EFFECT: high strength of the clay-phosphate material while maintaining water resistance.
