FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of building blocks in industrial and civil construction. Clay-phosphate material containing loam, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 7%, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3, contains asphalt mix waste containing, wt. %: SiO2 – 39.81; CaO – 24.52; Al2O3 – 11.95; MgO – 5.78; CnH2n-6 – 4.39; Fe2O3 – 2.81; Na2O – 2.32; FeO – 2.24; resins – 1.58; K2O – 1.48; asphaltenes – 1.23; TiO2 – 0.87; CnH2n+2 – 0.77; BaO – 0.25, with residue on sieve No. 008 7%, at the following ratio of components, wt.%: loam 47-49, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 7% 5-7, waste of asphalt concrete mixture with residue on sieve No. 008 7% 20-22, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3 – the rest.
EFFECT: lower thermal conductivity of the clay-phosphate material while maintaining water resistance.
