FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology, chemistry and biological chemistry and can be used for analysing interaction of RNA with RNA-binding molecules. Biological microchip (biochip) represents base, containing immobilised on it oligoribonucleotides, modified in one, several or all 2'-O-positions by silicon-based chemical protective groups. Method of manufacturing such biochip is performed by immobilization on base of oligoribonucleotides, containing in one, several or all 2'-O-positions silicon-based chemical protective groups. In order to remove chemical protective groups, biochip is incubated with solution for chemical protective group removal. Said method of removal of chemical protective groups in 2'-O-positions of oligoribonucleotides immobilised on biochip is performed immediately before the stage of contacting of RNA with RNA-binding molecules in order to obtain biochip for analysis of RNA interaction with RNA-binding molecules and performing method of said analysis.
EFFECT: preserving activity of immobilised molecules of ribonucleic acid.
