FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry. Disclosed is set of differentiating oligonucleotides for analysis of polymorphism in genes AB0, HLA-DQA1, AMEL, DARC, NAT2 using hydrogel DNA-microchips (biochips). Biochip enables detecting nucleotide composition in fourteen polymorphous positions that in turn enables to establish genotype in said genes. Also disclosed is set of PCR primers for amplifying said loci.
EFFECT: invention increases discriminatory potential of biochip (36,450 genotype groups).
