SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to screw in rods into anterior-superior, posterior-superior spines of iliac wing and iliac body from both sides to connect them with two crossing beams. After reposition one should connect the beams in the front with the help of quadrangular frame followed by compression in anterior semi-ring, then a screw-type draft should be developed between the frame and sagittally located beams to carry out compression of posterior complex that provides rigid fixation without fixing joints of inferior limbs.
