Claimed composition includes 5-10% aqueous solution of methylphosphite borate and 5-10% aqueous solution of chitosan at the following component ratio, weight parts: methylphosphite borate - 5-10; chitosan - 5-10; water - 190-180.

EFFECT: improved fire and heat resistance of polyvinyl alcohol films.
