FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to devices for loading metallized pellets into the arc furnace. Device is supplied mounted on the receiving funnel photo element sensor fixing top-level loading of pellets in her unit automatically switching on and off of said supply unit metallized pellets, speed control loading metallized pellets and actuator loading of pellets in the axial hole electrodes. Wherein said control unit is connected to the regulator loading speed metallized pellets, which is arranged to act on the actuator loading pellets into the axial hole of the electrodes of the furnace, and the control computer is adapted to calculate the parameters of the heating and melting of the metallized pellets in the bath furnace setting device flow metallized pellets smelted.
EFFECT: invention enables a cyclic flow metallized pellets in the bath furnace by continuously passing them through the axial openings of the electrodes in the contact region with the electric arc melt.
