FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment and can be used at inhalation. The device contains the chamber for dispersion of an aerosol from a pharmacological solution with an agent of creation and aerosol dispersion, the inhalation mouthpiece bridged to it and an optical ultrasonic head. The chamber is bridged to the specified mouthpiece through a tube having a site, transparent for radiation, thus the device contains the optical ultrasonic head placed out of the tube opposite to the specified transparent site. As a pharmacological solution, the solution of a photosensitinogen having at least one spectral strip of absorption, coinciding with a radiation spectrum of an optical ultrasonic head is used.
EFFECT: possibility remotely and selectively to influence on the disease centre with an aerosol.
