FIELD: metalworking production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preparation of parts made of aluminum and its alloys for soldering. The surface is treated by degreasing with ultrasound, etching in a solution of sodium hydroxide and clarification in nitric acid. After that, a double zinc treatment is carried out in order to seal the pores and level the surface, followed by electrolytic application of a nickel coating with a thickness of 3 microns at a temperature of 18-25°C, a copper sublayer with a thickness of 3 microns at a temperature of 60-70°C and the main functional coating tin-lead with a thickness of 9 microns at a temperature of 18-25°C. As a result, a coating with a thickness of 15 microns is obtained, homogeneous in its structure, uniform in the thickness of all sublayers.
EFFECT: advantages of the coating are that it retains solderability for a long time without melting, soldering is possible at high and low temperatures, coating allows protecting the soldered surfaces from oxidation during the soldering process.
