FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of building blocks in industrial and civil construction. Clay-phosphate material containing loam, iron-containing wastes from metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 of %, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3, contains wastes from production of mineral wool, containing wt.%: SiO2 – 37.51, CaO – 30.12, Al2O3 – 16.61, MgO – 13.13, MnO – 0.95, Fe2O3 – 0.86, TiO2 – 0.82, with residue on sieve No. 008 7%, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: loam – 37-39, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7% – 5-7, wastes from production of mineral wool with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7% – 32-34, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3 – the rest.
EFFECT: high strength of the clay-phosphate material while maintaining water resistance.
