FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device is intended for damping of hydraulic shocks in pipelines of various purposes. Device contains a pipeline, a hollow non-dampening damping element made in the form of a control spring and in-series connected chambers, a connection pipe with a support installed in it and an inlet flange. Hydraulic assembly includes cylindrical chamber with inlet base and outlet base, intermediate branch pipe connected to outlet base, wherein outlet flange is located coaxially to pipeline, branch pipe located at right angle to pipeline. Distance between the outlet flange and the pipeline is less than the distance between the outlet base and the discharge branch pipe. Safety breaking membrane consists of destructible part clamped between inlet flange of hollow non-dampening damping element and outlet flange of hydraulic unit, and concentric thrust part. At that, control spring connects stop with thrust part.

EFFECT: higher reliability of damping of hydraulic shocks occurring at improper use of equipment installed on pipelines.
