FIELD: production processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of cleaning of exhaust gases of mine heat-treating furnaces includes disposal of melting exhaust gases through two gas ducts, their cooling by outdoor air inflow up to 200°C with the help of evaporation cooling system, two-stage gas purification from gas impurities and dust - primary and fine purification. Purification from impurities is performed at first cooling stage by reaction gases combustion. Purification from dust is performed first in centrifugal dust collector where particles more than 0.1 mm are retained and returned to melting process. Then spark quenching and gases mixing with cooling air is performed. Fine purification is carried out consistently in several independent sections of bag metal-fabric filter with filter regeneration by compressed air that is pre-dried out. Dust collected after filter purification is further processed. Note that during production process temperature, vibration of separate units and power consumed by electric motor is controlled. Pressure and temperature in gas ducts before filters is measured and depending upon the values smoke exhauster capacity is adjusted. Electric motor operation and filters regeneration is also controlled. For method implementation there provided is the plant.

EFFECT: simplification of purifying means at increase of purification quality.
