SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Method provides for preparation of the recipe components; boiling, peeling and cutting the hen's eggs; parsley leaves cutting and freezing, frosting the green peas; tofu cutting, mixing the said components at the oxygen-free conditions with table salt; packing the produced mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation. All ingredients are added in accordance with certain ratio.

EFFECT: this method allows manufacturing of new canned food for dietary feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
