SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of fish and vegetable preserves making for space food. Method for manufacturing of "fish with garnish and horseradish" canned food of special purpose provides for cucumbers and tomatoes cutting, blanching and mincing, lettuce freezing and mincing, horseradishes blanching and mincing, horse mackerel scad fillet mincing, mixing the listed components with sour cream, sugar and table salt, packing of the obtained mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this allows manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
