FIELD: physics; measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to angular velocity sensors, used in navigation systems of mobile objects. The device has radiation source, optical elements, photodetector modules, phase modulators, device for converting and picking up signal, three mutually perpendicular fibre measuring loops, placed in grooves on a frame, formed by a cylindrical body with a circular groove and a monolithic cross piece. The grooves on the cross piece are mutually perpendicular. One of them is circular and the other is ellipse shaped. In their points of intersection there are "П"-shapped inserts, and in pockets between them there are optical elements. The body is hollow and has windows on the side walls, which form jumpers, which join the end of the circular groove with the adjustment end to which it is attached on a support base through a spacer ring. A device for converting and picking up signals and the source of radiation are put inside the body such that, their heat dissipating elements are in contact with the support base in the zone of its adjustment plane.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement due to reduction of temperature gradients in the measuring loops.
