SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over quality of milk and dairy products for contamination with mycotoxins. Method includes carrying out immunoaffinity concentration and immunoenzymatic detecting of aflatoxin M1 in volume of gel with inoculated antibodies.
EFFECT: method simplification, reduction of its duration and cost, as well as increase of sensitivity of detection.
