FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method lies in arrangement of measuring signal while influencing the eye with vibrating sensor, which is moved close to eye until it contacts with it and used to influence the eye until signal on the outlet of vibrating sensor disappears. Vibrating sensor is removed from eye and at the same time maximal amplitude of measuring signal on outlet of vibrating sensor is measured, value of amplitude is used to judge about ophtalmological cone. Stable measure is introduced in form of bone tissue of frontal face part. For this purpose vibrating sensor is first moved close to middle point of frontal face part until it contacts with said point and is used to influence it until signal on the outlet of vibrating sensor disappears. Vibrating sensor is removed from middle point of frontal face part and at the same time maximal amplitude of measuring signal on outlet of vibrating sensor is measured, its value is taken for support signal compared with measuring signal. Application of said method allows to increase tonometry accuracy due to compensation of co-phase interferences.
EFFECT: increase of tonometry accuracy due to compensation of co-phase interferences.
