FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for measuring intraocular pressure in patients subjected to radial keratotomy. Measurement of intraocular pressure is carried out by means of contact point ophthalmotonometry. Probe is placed on medium periphery of cornea in temporal or nasal sector.
EFFECT: method ensures reliable measurement of IOP in patients, subjected to RK, with detection of risk of optical neurophathy development and selection of proper tactics for patient management.
