FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: condition of a locomotorium of the pupil-patient is defined by carrying out of a photo testing with photographing use in four foreshortenings: "standing position, side view", "standing position, rear view", "inclination forward, arms back" and "inclination forward, arms forward". Then processing of images of control positions of the patient with the subsequent calculation of individual deviations of parametres of a locomotorium of the patient is carried out. Further the patient carries out an original recreational-developing complex daily within 5-15 minutes for 60-90 educational days under the control of the adviser. After performance of the complex of exercises the control photo-testing of the patient with use of his photographing by the digital camera in four foreshortenings is held: "standing position, side view", "standing position, rear view", "inclination forward, arms back" and "inclination forward, arms forward". By its results degree of achievement of adaptation of an organism of pupils to high psycho-emotional and exercise stresses is defined and, in case of insufficient restoration of the individual anatomic norm of position of a body in space by the patient - correct posture, the patient continues lessons to the following photo-testing. The way allows releasing the patient from a muscular strain, to enlarge plasticity of muscles and mobility of joints, to strengthen a muscular corset, to raise endurance and to enlarge working capacity of the patient without harm for health.
EFFECT: possibility to release the patient from a muscular strain, to enlarge plasticity of muscles and mobility of joints, to strengthen a muscular corset, to raise endurance and to enlarge working capacity of the patient without harm for health.
