The composition possessing immunogenic activity in the relation of B and C Neisseria meningitidis serogroups, containing immunogenic amount of Neisseria meningitidis oligosaccharide of the C serogroup, external membranous protein of the external membrane Neisseria meningitidis of the B serogroup in the form of proteoliposomal vesicles and the protein from Neisseria is offered. The amino-acid sequence of the specified protein is resulted in the description.
EFFECT: provision of high ELISA titre and bactericidal titre of the serum and can be used as a protective vaccine in the relation of Neisseria meningitidis B and C serogroups.
