FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and is intended for treatment of patients with traumatic disease of spinal cord. The procedures including influence on muscles, participating in movement of lower limbs by an impulsive bipolar electric signal with amplitude varying within 20-100 mA, with the maximum duration 200-250 microseconds, 65 Hz frequency of following of impulses are spent daily. Movement of lower legs is simultaneously provided within 15-40 minutes by carrying out of passive-active trainings on a rehabilitational training apparatus - a bicycle. Procedure time is enlarged with each subsequent procedure for 5 minutes, leading up on 6th procedure to 40 minutes, and then the subsequent procedures take 40 minutes, by a course from 15 to 20 procedures.

EFFECT: increase of an animal force, volume of muscular mass of the lower legs, improvement of condition of superficial and deep sensitivity, intensifying of the control of function ofpelvic organs against the initial expressed disturbances.
